Phil Martin
Managing Director and Senior Pest Technician
PGM & SON Pest Control was founded by Phillip Martin who has extensive experience in his field, having trained under James Ostler former Vice President of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and owner of Positive Environmental Hereford, Herefordshire.
Phil has won numerous awards in the Pest Control industry, won in 2019, finalist in 2021 and 2022. Continuing his accolades, Phil was finalist in the Herefordshire Business Awards in 2019 and 2022.
Joe Martin
Pest Technician and the Son
PGM and Son Pest Control would not be complete without Joe. Being involved in the business since a young age, watching his dad (Phil) handle tasks like removing wasp nests. After finishing school Joe gained his RSPH Level 2 qualifications and joined the business full-time. Joe was a finalist in the Young Pest Controller of the Year Award in 2023 from the British pest control sector to celebrate, acknowledge, and honour his outstanding achievements.
